Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • In the event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • All damaged packages are to have a damage claim submitted to extend.com using the contract number supplied in the email after the order is placed.
  • We do not absorb carrier damage costs under any circumstances.

Will Call Pickup orders will be held for 7 days. If your order isn’t picked up within 7 days, we’ll cancel the order and a restocking fee will apply. We’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment minus the restocking fee. You can extend your pickup window by an additional 7 days on by contacting us on your Order Status page. You must do this before the end of your initial pickup window.

International Order Customs: It is the responsibility of the buyer to know their country's import laws and duties/customs fees. We have no way to know or charge in advance any import fees for the country you are importing to. We cannot be held responsible for any fees/duties or otherwise you as the importer may have to pay to import the goods you are ordering. We also cannot be held liable for any goods you may order that may be restricted by your countries customs. Again, these are the responsibilities of the buyer/importer. If you choose not to do the research so you know you are compliant with customs laws and regulations and/or what fees you may have to pay, we suggest using a freight forwarder.
