Returns Policy

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • All damaged packages are to have a damage claim submitted to extend.com using the contract number supplied in the email after the order is placed.
    We do not absorb carrier damage costs under any circumstances.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts eligible for return.
  • No returns on any non-stocking part under $15.00 as we cannot return them to Toyota.
  • All returned items must be unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition.  Each item must have the original part number labels. 
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • No returns on special order parts.
  • No returns on fluids.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is processed as complete and/or shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.
