All damaged packages are to have a damage claim submitted to extend.com using the contract number supplied in the email after the order is placed. We do not absorb carrier damage costs under any circumstances.
A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts eligible for return.
No returns on any non-stocking part under $15.00 as we cannot return them to Toyota.
All returned items must be unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition. Each item must have the original part number labels.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
No returns on special order parts.
No returns on fluids.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is processed as complete and/or shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.
